Riot has announced the end of active development for 2XKO. A recent August update for 2XKO is shifting the game to an evergreen state.1 The servers will be staying online, and the game will remain fully playable. Most importantly, the best Nine-Tailed Fox—and her two pool party costumes—is not going anywhere.
Only two months ago, we finally got pool party Ahri.
Pool Party Ahri Is Real
Riot Games has revealed the Pool Party Nights Ahri Megabundle as part of the new 2XKO Patch 1.2.3 update, confirming that Ahri will receive not one, but two summer-themed looks: Pool Party Ahri and Pool Party Nights Ahri.
Riot will unlock the entire champion roster for all players and lift the currency caps as well.2
The Nine-Tailed Fox in Motion
Ahri’s translation into a tag-team fighter made her dynamic, stylish, and incredibly dangerous in the right hands.

The Spirit Remains
It's bittersweet knowing the game won’t evolve past December’s final bug-fix patch, but the fighting game community has kept titles alive for decades on far less. The developers announced in their statement that private lobbies will receive an update to support up to 40 players and include voice chat, which means community tournaments and fight nights are fully supported.
